Rev. Meghan is available for Conferences, Workshops, Consulting, and Coaching.
Speaker: If you are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable speaker on topics relating to youth ministry, rural ministry, discipleship, or mentoring, Rev. Meghan welcomes your invitation! She has spoken at many youth and quilting retreats, spent 17 years as a youth pastor, and 4 years serving as pastor for a two-point charge, and continues to offer pulpit supply while serving primarily as a ministry coach and consultant.
Workshops: In 2018 Rev. Meghan led a workshop entitled “Freed to Lead: From No to Grow” as part of the Missouri United Methodist Annual Conference. In 2019, she developed a workshop for the Rural Ministry Now Conference entitled “Student Ministries Without Paid Staff”. And in 2020, she provided an online workshop entitled, “Unloading the Silo and Growing the Kingdom: Rural Ministry in 2021 and Beyond”. In 2022, the Power in Me Conference hosted Rev. Meghan for a parents workshop on “The Talk: The Conversation has Changed, but God’s Design Hasn’t.” She has also developed a number of youth and family retreat curricula. These workshops and retreats can be brought to you or Rev. Meghan can develop one specific to your context and purposes.
Consulting: Individual churches seeking guidance around visioning, goals, and next steps toward a more faithful practice of making new generations of disciples, may benefit from Rev. Meghan’s experience and gifts of discernment. This may involve pre-visit conversations with the pastor and key leaders and participants, a visit to your church and tour of your community, followed by a workshop held at your church or ministry site.
*Coaching: This is generally an ongoing relationship with the pastor or ministry leader(s) through monthly 30-60 minute conversations either in person, over the phone, or via video calling (ie: Google Meet, or WhatsApp). In the course of these conversations, Rev. Meghan will ask focused questions and offer support that will help you grow your leadership and rural ministry.
Availability: Rev. Meghan has availability Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-3:00PM CST as well as some evenings and weekends by appointment.

Cost:
For one-time workshops and speaking engagements a minimum compensation of $150 plus applicable travel expenses is requested.
For coaching and consulting services, an hourly rate of $25 will apply. Mileage may be charged beyond 60 miles.
Rev. Meghan desires to keep her services as affordable as possible. If the cost is a hindrance, let me know in the details of your request that you’d like to have a conversation about the cost.

*Rev. Meghan is pursing licensing through Coaching4Clergy. She is committed to keeping her services affordable for rural ministries. On average, coaches charge $150-$300 per session.
